Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly option for sightseers and solo travelers seeking a highly convenient base. Its most significant asset is its prime location, just a short walk to the town centre, making exploration effortless. While the property's facilities are notably lacking, some guests found the beds comfortable. However, the overall sentiment regarding staff and service is overwhelmingly negative, with frequent reports of poor communication and unhelpful customer service. For a potentially quieter stay, guests might consider requesting a room away from the main entrance.
