Hokonui B & B is an ideal location for Brown Trout Fishing in the famous Mataura River and some smaller rivers close by. Bush Walking and Hiking in the Hokonui Hills and Dolamore Park nearby is a great place for a relaxing country escape. The Gore Golf Course, Multi Sports Complex, Movie Theatre, Art Gallery, Restaurants & Shops within 5 minutes. Croydon Aviation Airfield where you can take a Tiger Moth flight and Dolamore Park with some great bush walks just 10 minutes drive. Gore is a 2 hour drive to Dunedin and Queenstown 90 minutes to Te Anau and 60 minutes to Invercargill and the Catlins Coast so therefore Gore is in a very central location for exploring the South of New Zealand.
