Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Phenix City

This hotel is often chosen by budget-conscious travelers and short-stay guests seeking an affordable option, particularly those visiting for local events or family gatherings due to its convenient location. While some guests appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, a recurring theme in reviews highlights significant concerns regarding overall cleanliness and the general state of disrepair. Many guests report issues with the presence of pests, such as roaches, and a lack of essential in-room amenities like towels and trash cans, which can significantly detract from the stay. Despite these challenges, the hotel's affordability and its proximity to local points of interest remain key draws. To enhance their experience, guests are advised to confirm their room's readiness and the functionality of its features upon arrival, and it may be beneficial to bring personal amenities such as towels.
