Review summary
Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers, solo travelers, and groups of friends. Its prime location in the heart of the city offers direct access to the scenic Riverwalk and effortless exploration of Broad Street and nearby restaurants. The property stands out with its pet-friendly policy and modern Smart TVs in every room, enhancing comfort for all guests. The staff consistently receives praise for their friendly and accommodating service, though the bistro bar's food quality is average, the bartender service is a highlight. For a more comfortable stay, guests are advised to request a room on a higher floor or one facing the garden for potentially quieter surroundings.
