Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central and engaging stay. The property boasts an excellent central location in Avignon, placing guests within easy walking distance of the train station, bus station, and historical monuments like the Palais des Papes. Guests consistently praise the 24-hour reception and the staff's friendly, helpful, and accommodating nature, often going above and beyond to assist. While breakfast service can be inconsistent, some guests highlight a fantastic breakfast when available. For a quieter experience, consider requesting a room facing away from the main street to mitigate potential noise from the animated surroundings.
