Views from the rooms are breathtaking. When you book, make sure to choose a room located in the highest floor possible. Moreover, make it a point to visit the lounge area on the 26th floor where a wide balcony is located.

The Imperial Hawaii Resort is located close to Waikiki Beach and is a very short walk to the main shopping strip. Moreover, there are many beachside bars and restaurants you can visit. In addition, the hotel has a foot wash station that can be used as you return from your barefoot stroll.

Located on the hotel's ground floor, ABC convenience store has everything you need, from hygiene products, bottled waters or snacks. Taking a cab to a local grocery or department store is another option where you can get more affordable deals, but if you don't want the hassle, this convenience store will do the trick.

Some guests reported how the housekeeping staffs forget to take out the trash from their rooms. Some further commented poor vacuuming, dusting, dishwashing and bathroom cleaning. You can always ask the staff to clean your room again if you are unsatisfied with their services.

Rooms have kitchen areas with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and nothing more. Utensils and some of the most basic dining/cooking equipment are missing. You can request a staff to bring you some of the things you need, but always remember that there is a restaurant and a convenience store on-site.

Carpets used in the room seem outdated, dark in color, and is quite sticky to touch. Rooms are refundable, however you can ask for a room replacement if this issue bothers you.
