Negative Reviews
negative:
They charge for Wi-Fi access
While most customers enjoyed their stay at Peppers Beacon, a common question emerged amongst visitors: Why do they charge for Wi-Fi? Many called the fee unacceptable and exorbitant, and pointed out that even backpackers have free Wi-Fi. Even those who paid for it complained that the Internet was slow.
negative:
Lots of walking to get to higher floors
To get to the higher floors of the hotel, guests say that you
have to first take a lift, then walk across a large courtyard before you get
into another lift. Guests reported that having to walk outdoors just to get to
your room can get cold and tiring.
negative:
Hotel needs more soundproofing
Rowdy hotel neighbors can disrupt sleep. The hotel needs
better sound proofing as some guests complained that they could hear everything
their next-door neighbors were doing.
