Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly option for families and sightseers seeking a convenient base for local attractions. The property boasts a prime location, offering easy access to Darien Lake, shopping centers, a casino, and major highways. While the advertised water park is a draw, its availability is often limited to weekends and may require an additional fee. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff, particularly at the front desk. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a room that has been recently updated, as some accommodations are noted as being run-down and outdated.
