Review summary

Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews

A family-friendly city base with vibrant on-site entertainment.

This hotel provides a welcoming environment for families and business travelers alike, balancing a central city location with a lively atmosphere. The property sits in the heart of the city’s southern district and is rounded out by a standout spa and wellness area featuring a sauna and temazcal. Guests consistently praise the professional reception staff for their attentive service, and those seeking a quieter experience may want to request a room on the higher floors to distance themselves from the ground-level event spaces.

Some guests mentioned: audible noise levels, outdated furniture, inconsistent service.
