Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering primarily to sightseers and budget travelers. Its most exciting feature is its exceptional proximity to Gare Saint-Charles, making it ideal for convenient transit. The property's strongest amenity is its internet connection, which, despite occasional unreliability, is a crucial offering given the lack of other facilities. Guests consistently praise the reception staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, even in the face of operational challenges. For a more comfortable experience, consider bringing your own toiletries and towels, as these are often not provided.
