Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers, families, and business travelers, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. Its exceptionally convenient location directly opposite Gdańsk Główny train and bus stations, with an underground passageway for seamless access, makes it ideal for exploring the city. The property features a well-regarded breakfast buffet with a vast and varied selection, including hot dishes and allergen-friendly options. Guests consistently praise the staff for their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, particularly the reception team. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room facing the garden, as soundproofing is generally effective, but street-facing rooms can experience traffic noise with open windows.
