This is a lovely comfortable house in. Great location with amazing views over the bay. Well equiped and clean. This is obviously a much loved family retreat and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only wish it could have been longer. Great communication from Rowena made everything straightforward .

This property was everything in the description fown to a tee, although we decided we were klutzes as we couldnt get the dvd to work. Not the hosts or equipments fault, just us. Had an excellent time and would recommend to others.

A lovely spot to watch the bay of beautiful Moeraki

It was a little tricky to find, but well worth the effort. Great views and very comfortable inside. I tend to ask myself with any review would I do this again? Yes I would definitely stay here again, and I will probably bring a few more friends next time.

Comfortable house clean and tidy with great views.

Great property. Sleeps 3 couple easily, with extra bedding options, very comfortable. Superb view over bay, only 7 minutes walk down to Pub! Would highly recommend.

This is THE property when having a night out at Fleurs. Typical NZ Bach acccomodation. Very comfortable and AT home style.

Fabulous

The home was very comfortable and in a great location. The views are wonderful (I wish I had a pair of binoculars). The house is easy walking distance to the tavern. We had a day of rain and were very comfortable staying in and doing a puzzle. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful getaway

We arrived to a clean and ready house. Beds where comfortable and we all had a wonderful two days of fantastic views and great nights sleep. Enjoyed watching the rabbits too.

Relaxing and tranquil

This great kiwi Bach has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a great location. The views are fantastic, regardless of the weather and not having to take linen or clean is a bonus. We would happily stay here again.

Great location. Plenty to do in the area. Not so lucky with the weather, but it does not matter. And of course the view wonderful in all seasons.

We enjoyed our stay very much but... there should be a working dishwasher, the smooth-top cook top was not reliable to use, and tv was difficult to work. The driveway...needs to be easier to manage. I have a grunty car but struggled every time to get up it. Thank you, I would use it again.Deanne

The view is simply magnificent! Great place for our party which was 3 couples .. the rooms were all clean and tidy, the beds comfortable and the living/dining room really well appointed for a small group. Would definitely stay here again and probably will on our next fishing trip to Moeraki.

Fantastic views across the bay and a five minute drive to the boulders. Stunning sunsets and sunrises to admire from the house and its patio. Spacious house with plenty of entertainment space. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and even had amazing weather. The house had everything we needed (apart from a large pot??) and much more. The toys were a hit with our toddlers and all the wild rabbits were a hit with our school age children. The view was amazing and with the location we had walking distance to everything and even walked to the boulders. The house was clean and well organised and it felt luxurious not having to bring sheets and towels.

We really enjoyed our stay and even had amazing weather.

Great property and great location. Conservatory great for sitting in looking over the harbour and the fishing boats. It was a bit cold outside and the fire was perfect.

Such a beautiful property and location. The house has everything you might need for a small or large group. A large wood pile kept us warm and the views from the verandah are stunning. Lots of local wildlife and beach combing as well as great local places to eat. A lovely place to stop wish we had longer!

Lovely holiday home overlooking the interesting little fishing village of Moeraki . A great place to spend a winter break with nothing to do but throw another log on the fire if it gets cool .( we were there in mid August ) although the day we arrived it was 18 degrees at 3 o'clock in the afternoon .

The location overlooking the Moeraki Village and harbor was fantastic, with the mainland north of the village, as well as the mountains beyond in view - and the sun room and front porch were both great locations to take in the splendor. We enjoyed walks along the peninsula and the drive out to Katiki Point Lighthouse and wildlife reserve. The bach was well-stocked and comfortable. Thanks so much - we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We love coming to Moeraki!!

Superb views.

A very wonderful property situated on a cliff overlooking the beach. Beautiful views of the beach from the two master bedrooms and the living rooms. This place also had a separate alfresco completely enclosed. 3 heaters apart from a fire place ! Nice beds, cosy clean. Hot water shower needs more pressure. Lots and lots of toys for kids. The visit to the lighthouse was amazing ! Once you get there will have a BIG surprise !

we found the location worked well for us as it is easy traveling distance to both Dunedin and Oamaru. Also an easy walk to the Moeraki boulders and easy walk to the local tavern and restaurant.The house had everything that we needed and we found it to be comfortable and would be perfect for a family.

Location was just what we were looking for. the place is casual, weekend cabin kind of feel. Some kitchen spices would be nice. Other han hat it had everything we could want!

The location in the Moeraki Bay couldn't be better. The extra sunny conservatory looks down into the harbour where you can watch the daily activities and boats. The house has all of the necessities for long or short term stays including washing machine and dryer. Its location is also quiet and restful with the neighbouring trees attracting bell birds and tuis for a lovely dawn chorus. athe two main bedrooms have wonderful seaviews as well. Lots of walks to enjoy nearby. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. The house is really comfortable, well equipped, beds super comfy as well with nice linens. There are two bedrooms at the front and one double at the back; everyone will be fighting over the front rooms - great views. We will definitely stay again.
