Spark by Hilton Cedar Falls

The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations, which is its defining characteristic, impacting nearly all aspects of the guest experience. While some guests appreciate the comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere in remodeled rooms, many report issues with cleanliness, missing amenities, and non-functional facilities like the pool and hot tub. This hotel is ideal for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize a central location and are willing to overlook ongoing construction and potential service inconsistencies. It is also suitable for families and college visitors due to its proximity to local attractions and the university, provided they manage expectations regarding amenities. To enhance your stay, guests should confirm the availability of specific amenities like the pool or hot tub before booking, and be prepared for potential construction-related disruptions and noise. It is also advisable to check room readiness upon arrival.
