Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations, which significantly impacts the guest experience, yet it remains a practical choice for many, particularly due to its convenient proximity to the airport and the availability of on-site car rental. This makes it an ideal base for transit travelers seeking a stopover, business travelers needing easy access to central Guam, and families on errands or exploring the island with their own transportation. Guests frequently commend the friendly and helpful staff who strive to assist despite the ongoing improvements. However, recurring themes include challenges with water supply and pressure, as well as varying levels of room cleanliness. To ensure a smoother stay, guests should confirm the availability of specific amenities and services, and be prepared for potential noise or service interruptions related to the renovations.
