The units have reasonable space and will accommodate at minimum a small family. Apartments are well-equipped with sufficient amenities for a short or long-term stay.

Centrally located in the city, you won't have issues getting around. The walking tours of Auckland begin at the apartment locale as well. Restaurants, entertainment, and attractions are all around. If you need groceries there is a convenience store next door and mini-markets close by. The bus stop is just three minutes away.

The staff is amiable and helpful. They will help call a taxi for you as the facility has a cheap deal with a dependable taxi company. They are also quite knowledgeable about the area and services available to travellers.

The whole parking scenario is a trip in itself. Parking is inconveniently located over a busy road that you must walk back across after parking, making the set-up even more inconvenient. Parking spaces are small, so if you have a large vehicle, you could have some parking problems.

The Wi-Fi set up is unusual. You have to pick-up a modem from reception and sometimes they have none available. In addition, getting the modem connected for Internet usage is a whole other issue!

There seems to be a heating issue with the units. They use small portable heaters that barely do the job and the wall heaters are out-of-action. What's more, the heaters have no knob, so you need a pair pliers, or some type of similar tool to turn them on!
