Review summary
Summarized by AI from 60+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking affordability. The property's main selling point is its economical pricing, though it is in need of significant renovation. Guests consistently report issues with room comfort, including mustiness, unpleasant odors, mold, and concerns about security due to non-functioning deadbolts and sliding doors that do not close properly. The staff generally receives positive remarks for their courteous demeanor, but there are notable concerns regarding discriminatory treatment and unhelpful responses to serious issues. While morning coffee is available, the hotel lacks room service and overall dining options do not enhance the guest experience. For a more comfortable stay, guests should consider bringing their own portable door lock for added security.
