Review summary

Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families, couples, and sightseers, offering excellent value for money. Its prime location near Narita Airport is a significant advantage, complemented by a convenient free shuttle service to the airport, Narita City, and Aeon Mall. The highlight of the facilities is the expansive adjacent onsen, providing extensive indoor and outdoor baths, saunas, and entertainment for ultimate relaxation. Guests consistently praise the staff's politeness and helpfulness, and the dinner buffet's crab leg all-you-can-eat option is a particular favorite. For a quieter stay, guests should consider requesting a room facing the garden.
