The large majority of past guests were complimentary about the service they received when staying at the hotel. All of the staff members have been categorised as hospitable and helpful for the most part.

Despite not being the most central, the accommodation's location was convenient for the needs of most former visitors. The property is a short drive from popular areas of interest such as Auburn city centre and the Sydney Olympic Park.

For those that spent time in the on-site bar and bistro, this aspect of the hotel was commended by most previous guests. As well as being labelled as an enjoyable place to reside, the quality and price of both the food and drinks was usually seen in a positive light.

An understandable disadvantage about staying at the accommodation relates to the bathroom situation. All of the rooms only have access to shared bathroom facilities, and these were characterised as inconvenient and distressed.

The general quality of the hygiene levels were lambasted by a sizeable amount of past guests that stayed at the hotel. Along with the rooms supposedly not being in the best condition, the public spaces of the property were also described as unclean on a somewhat consistent basis.

When it came to the standard of the Wi-Fi, this facet of the accommodation is one of its weakest facilities - based on the overall opinion of former visitors. It has been stated that the wireless Internet connection was frustratingly unreliable.
