About Hilton Santa Marta
Spacious rooms with ocean views
Book an ocean-front suite to experience floor-to-ceiling windows, large balconies, and deep soaking tubs with unobstructed sea views.
Rooftop infinity pool with views
Relax at the 16th-floor rooftop pool, which features an infinity edge, live DJ sets, and panoramic sunset views over the Caribbean Sea.
Logistical challenges with water access
Filtered water stations are located only on specific floors, and guests must refill their own bottles rather than receiving complimentary bottled water in the room.
Diverse dining and breakfast buffet
Start your day with an extensive buffet breakfast featuring local Colombian fruits and made-to-order eggs, or dine at the onsite restaurants like Waku and Nuggu.
Direct beach access with service
Enjoy the convenience of a private garden area on the beachfront equipped with reserved umbrellas, sun loungers, and dedicated drink service.
Inconsistent balcony and room amenities
Some balconies lack furniture such as chairs or tables, and rooms do not include clotheslines for drying swimwear, requiring guests to request these items from reception.
Limited in-room smart technology
Guest rooms are equipped with a standard cable television system rather than Smart TVs, preventing direct access to personal streaming accounts like Netflix or YouTube.

A serene beachfront escape for travelers seeking modern comfort.
This property offers a tranquil retreat for couples and families looking for a stylish coastal getaway. The prime beachfront setting pairs with standout infinity pools to create a relaxing environment for guests. Visitors frequently praise the spacious, modern guest rooms for their contemporary design, and those seeking an elevated experience should consider booking a room with a direct ocean view for the best scenery. While the property excels in its physical offerings, the overall experience is occasionally impacted by the inconsistent nature of the on-site service and dining operations.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent climate control, slow service, limited sun loungers.
