Guests reported that the staff had upbeat, welcoming attitudes. As a result, they felt very welcome and said it seemed like the staff would do anything they could to help. Many guests asked for specific items to be brought to their rooms and found the employees were happy to oblige.

Guests agreed that the central location of this property was perhaps the best thing about it. Guests loved how close they were to the shops of Queen Street and appreciated being able to walk to restaurants, some of which were just around the corner from the hotel.

Numerous reviews were from guests who were so pleased by their first experiences that they decided to come back again and again. Usually, these guests were quite price conscious and loved being able to stay in the heart of the action without having to spend a lot.

Guests found it hard to sleep because they said the hotel is close to nightclubs that operate until the wee hours of the morning. They usually used earplugs, but were still bothered in some cases because they said the bass notes were distracting.

Guests were not happy about how small the rooms were, especially if they were travelling with others, or toting around large pieces of luggage. Many warned that unless you're staying alone and are very tolerant, you'll find that the rooms are too tiny to really be comfortable.

Guests mentioned that the showers are poorly designed because they are level with the rest of the bathroom floor, so there's no barrier to stop water from pooling outside the shower and in the surrounding area. They found this reality very frustrating.
