Disappointing Management
It seems that when things are going well and easy for management at this hotel then positive reviews follow, however on balance the reviews when things are not running smoothly are not so complimentary, with a number of previous guests commenting that management was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude when dealing with their tricky requests.

Maintenance Matters
A number of guests had similar bug-bears about the standard of maintenance at the hotel with many commenting on the broken blind,. dirty carpets, marks on walls, stained bed linens and mouldy bathrooms which many commented was unacceptable for the price paid for their stay.

No Free Wi-Fi
A number of guests who relay on Wi-Fi to plan their onward journey and to generally connect with friends and families during their holiday were appalled that in 2016 a high end hotel is still charging for access to Wi-Fi, this disappointment was clearly reflected in their comments.
