Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

The hotel, beautifully situated on a mountaintop with panoramic views of the Erzgebirge, offers a tranquil retreat, making its idyllic, secluded location a signature feature for guests seeking peace and natural beauty. It is particularly well-suited for hikers and nature lovers looking to explore the surrounding area, as well as couples and families desiring a relaxing getaway with access to various recreational activities. Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, the excellent food quality with varied dining options, and the overall cleanliness of the premises, especially the wellness facilities. While the hotel provides a serene escape, some guests recommend checking the Wi-Fi connectivity upon arrival, as it can be unreliable, and being aware of additional fees for services like parking and bathrobes to ensure a smooth stay. For an enhanced experience, consider requesting a room away from potential event noise.
