Review summary
Summarized by AI from 10+ reviews
This hotel is not recommended for any traveler type due to significant issues across all categories. The property's central location is its only notable feature, offering convenient access to local attractions. However, this is overshadowed by a complete lack of essential amenities, including Wi-Fi and towels, and a concerning absence of a traditional reception. Guests consistently report severe problems with room comfort, including bed bugs, mold, and bloodstains, alongside pervasive security issues. While some staff members are noted as helpful, there are frequent reports of absent reception staff and unaddressed complaints.
