The hotel was recently remodeled, and guests seem to like the fresh new look. The hotel's design and decor have a cinema and movie theme, and the style of the building and all of the furnishings are thoroughly modern both inside and out.

Numerous reviewers complained that the staff at the concierge desk were not very attentive and were frequently on their phone, or thought that the staff were rather rude.
