Coastal Motor Lodge is a four star Motel located five minutes North of Thames. A great place to stay to explore the magnificent Coromandel Peninsula. Accommodation is set amongst beautiful lush grounds directly opposite the ocean. We provide a range of accommodation including elevated sea view studio chalets, 2 bedroom cottages, 1 bedroom cottages, mobility access rooms and a 1 bedroom family cottage with seaviews.

We are 5mins by car out of Thames. There is also a walking path to Thames following the coast most of the way. We have a great fish and chip shop, only a few minutes walk from the motel, and numerous sit down and take away resturants in Thames.
If you wish to cool your own meal, there is a supermarket in Thames and you can cook in your room.
