Review summary
Summarized by AI from 40+ reviews
This hotel, while striving to be a secure base for sightseers, unfortunately presents a challenging experience for all traveler types due to pervasive issues. Its location offers mixed accessibility, with some guests finding the immediate surroundings less than ideal. The property is significantly hampered by its disrepair and lack of basic amenities, such as an in-room phone or microwave, and widespread cleanliness issues including insects. While some staff members are noted for their helpfulness, there's a significant inconsistency in service, with many reports of unresponsiveness to critical concerns like unsanitary conditions. For a more comfortable stay, guests should be aware that pest control and odor management are significant ongoing challenges.
