    Excellent Auckland CBD and waterfront location.

    The location of this aparthotel was thought to be excellent for guests wanting to explore the Auckland waterfront and Central Business District, since it is located right on the Viaduct Harbour, and also within walking distance of Vector Arena. Guests said it was a short stroll away from tourist attractions, the shops of Queen Street, the main ferry terminals and a large variety of nightlife and dining options.

    The Sebel Auckland Viaduct Harbour is said to offer great views out over the Viaduct Basin marina from some of its rooms, and some of those who stayed reported helpful, efficient staff members available whenever they needed them.

    Guest said their accommodation came with nice decor and comfortable beds, while all the facilities they could need were found inside, including kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Guests also appreciated being able to take advantage of secure parking.

    Expect weekend noise.

    Many of those who stayed at The Sebel Auckland Viaduct Harbour said that a fair amount of noise can be expected in the weekends, thanks to the bars and nightclubs outside. Since there is apparently poor noise cancelling in the rooms, light sleepers may want to look into a room facing away from the waterfront or take earplugs with them.

    Charged Wi-Fi, A/C issues and updating.

    A small number of those who stayed thought that their rooms and furnishings were in need of updating, the air conditioning was occasionally thought not to be strong enough and a few guests were unhappy to find that the Wi-Fi service was not free.
