WoodSpring Suites Midland

This hotel primarily functions as an extended stay accommodation, often catering to oil workers and budget-conscious travelers seeking basic lodging with kitchenettes. While its accessible location is frequently highlighted, guests consistently report significant issues with cleanliness, particularly the pervasive presence of roaches and other bugs. Many reviews also point to strong, unpleasant odors throughout the property, ranging from smoke and marijuana to sewer smells. Noise levels, both from external traffic and other guests, are a recurring complaint, impacting sleep quality. For individuals or workers needing a simple, long-term base, the hotel offers a functional space, but those expecting comfort or comprehensive amenities may be disappointed. It is advisable to manage expectations regarding room condition and to confirm all available amenities prior to arrival.
