The members of staff at this hotel are very patient, and guests have found that in their dealings, whether they be negative or positive, the staff have remained consistent in their response and attitudes, which is helpful and friendly.

Each of the rooms have been designed to maximize the amount space that has been allocated to each room. Guests will feel comfortable, and not at all cramped at the lay out of each room. The rooms are also well cleaned, present a nicely rounded off product.

Guests will find that if they place their room key cards next to an ATM card or their cellphones, it deactivates them, which can cause a problem when one is trying to access their room late at night, and the key no longer works.

The heating elements in the rooms are of an older design, and guests will find that on colder nights, these appliances take a lot longer to warm the rooms up. This is not exactly desirable when one has come in from the outside, and their room isn't any warmer.

Any guests on a budget will find that this hotel is not the most ideal, as it isn't cheap, and also when in comparison to other hotels, it's a bit pricier than what else is being offered in the surrounding area.
