Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

A practical, well-located base for travelers seeking convenience.

This property serves as a reliable, value-oriented choice for families and solo travelers seeking a functional stay. A central location near Newmarket and Mt Eden pairs with on-site facilities that prioritize basic utility and ease of use. The reception staff are consistently praised for their exceptionally welcoming and accommodating nature, ensuring guests feel well-supported throughout their visit. For a more restful experience, consider requesting a room away from the motorway to minimize potential noise.

Some guests mentioned: tight parking spaces, limited kitchenette equipment, unappealing tea bags.
