    Good Location

    The inner city location of the hotel was the highlight of many peoples' stay. The Queens Street mall and the Treasury Casino are within a 2 minute walk and there are a number of trendy bars and restaurants which surround the hotel which guests really enjoyed.

    A number of people who stayed at the hotel had only positive things to say about the beds at with a lot of people remarking that the beds were some of the most comfortable that they have ever slept in.

    The breakfast served in the Eatery restaurant on the first floor got rave reviews from a number of previous guests with some mentioning that they really appreciated the gluten-free options and the freshness of the food available.

    The Wi-Fi is a paid for service and those who paid for the service expected a speed and reliability that was not delivered.  These people made negative comments in their reviews particularly about their frustration at not having reliable Wi-Fi to conduct their business.

    A number of previous guests to the hotel made comments about the lack of customer service and in-general the non-existence staff at the hotel. With some remarking that it was difficult to contact the staff at the hotel to get additional help.
